Refund Policy

Our position

NECCLAUSE stands behind every product. If a digital product genuinely fails to deliver what was promised, we refund. We would rather lose the sale than retain a customer who feels misled.

Eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase where:

  • The product is materially different from its description
  • The files are corrupted or incomplete
  • You have not been able to access the product despite reasonable attempts

How to request a refund

Email hello@necclause.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • The product purchased
  • The reason for the refund request

We respond to every request within 3 working days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued within 5 to 10 working days to the original payment method.

Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions (Pro, Team, Enterprise, Benchmark) are refundable pro-rata within the first 30 days. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion and typically issued only where the product has been materially misrepresented. Subscription billing terms are documented on the pricing page.

Statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
